Industries Served
Vajra Techno machines components to customer drawings on vertical and horizontal machining centres at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, in grey cast iron, ductile iron, aluminium, mild steel and SS304/316, and supplies pan-India. Below are the part types quoted in each sector.
This page lists part types that fall inside the confirmed capability, not a customer list. Where a part type is not listed, it may still be within the envelope — send the drawing and it will be assessed against the published capability.
What is machined for pumps and valves?
Pump and valve bodies carry ports and flanged faces on several sides, and the relationship between those faces decides whether the assembly seals. Multi-face castings of this kind are routed to horizontal machining with fourth-axis indexing, so port-to-port position is held in one clamp rather than accumulated across three setups.
- Centrifugal pump bodies and volute castings in grey cast iron
- Pump covers, back plates and stuffing box housings
- Valve bodies with ports on two or more faces
- Valve bonnets and gland followers in SS304 and SS316
- Impeller hubs, wear rings and shaft sleeves
- Mechanical seal housings and seal glands
- Suction and discharge flanges machined to the standard on the print
What is machined for commercial vehicle and automotive tier-2?
Tier-2 automotive work is repeat-schedule work: the same part, the same drawing revision, month after month, against a delivery calendar. That suits a fixed process plan, a standing fixture and first-article approval that stays valid across the schedule. Batch-to-batch dimensional repeatability matters more than a single best-case part.
- Bracket and mounting castings in grey and ductile iron
- Bearing housings and carrier housings
- Gear case covers and end covers
- Machined spacers, shims and adjusting washers
- Pins, pivot pins and dowel pins
- Machined weldment sub-assemblies in mild steel
- Aluminium covers and light structural brackets
Automotive quality system requirements - PPAP submission level, control plan format, run-at-rate and any customer-specific requirement - are agreed at enquiry stage and confirmed in writing before the order is accepted. State the requirement on the RFQ so it is priced into the job rather than raised after the first article.
What is machined for gearbox and transmission?
A gearbox housing lives or dies on bore centre distance and bore-to-bore parallelism across opposing faces. Get the centre distance wrong and the gear mesh is wrong. These features are machined in a single indexed setup so the relationship is held by the rotary axis, not by re-clamping and re-picking a datum between faces.
- Gearbox and transmission housings in grey and ductile iron
- Housing covers, end plates and bearing caps
- Bearing housings machined for seat fit and mounting-face relationship
- Shaft spacers, thrust washers and adjusting shims
- Stub shafts and keyed shafts machined to drawing
- Oil seal housings and breather bosses
- Input and output flanges
What is machined for textile machinery?
Textile machinery runs continuously, so rotating components are judged on runout and surface finish rather than on diameter alone. A roller that is on-size but out of runout beats the bearing and marks the yarn. Runout and concentricity are treated as controlled features and checked on every first article.
- Machined rollers and roller shells
- Guide bushes, wear bushes and flanged bushes
- Spindle housings and bearing brackets
- Cam followers and pivot pins
- Drive shafts and stub shafts with keyways
- Machined spacers and distance pieces
- Frame brackets and mounting plates in mild steel
What is machined for hydraulics and fluid power?
A hydraulic manifold is a solid block of intersecting galleries, and every intersection is both a flow path and a leak path. Cross-drilled galleries are machined from a single datum set with entry position and drill depth both controlled, and every intersection is deburred as a specified operation rather than a cleanup afterthought.
- Hydraulic manifold blocks in aluminium, mild steel and SS316
- Valve mounting blocks and sub-plates machined to cavity standard
- Cylinder end caps, glands and rod bushes
- Port blocks and adaptor blocks
- Cylinder mounting brackets, clevises and trunnion blocks
- Machined housings for pumps and motors
- Test and manifold plates with drilled galleries
What is machined for electrical equipment?
Motor and switchgear components are judged on concentricity between the bearing seat and the stator bore, and on the flatness of jointing faces. Both are single-datum problems: the bearing seat and the register face are machined from the same datum set so the assembled rotor runs true and the enclosure joint seals.
- Motor end shields and bearing brackets in cast iron and aluminium
- Terminal box housings and covers
- Machined enclosure and gland plates
- Bearing housings and bearing caps
- Shaft spacers, keys and locking washers
- Busbar mounting blocks and support brackets
- Machined base frames and mounting feet in mild steel
What sector documentation can you supply?
Material test certificates, lot traceability and per-lot inspection reports are supplied on request. Sector approvals and vendor registrations are confirmed on request rather than claimed on this page — nothing is asserted here that cannot be evidenced. State your documentation requirement on the RFQ and it is confirmed in writing before the order is accepted.
Where are these parts supplied?
All machining is performed at Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, and finished parts are dispatched pan-India by road, on paid or to-pay terms or through a buyer-nominated transporter. GSTIN 23ABBFV9045J1ZY. Send drawings through the RFQ form.
